Brad was available to help me and answer my questions by phone and email just about anytime I ever contacted him. I even sent an email late one night thinking he would see it at work the next morning, and he responded that same night! Also, the good in my review is for Brad only. My experience with the bank was pretty awful. They wouldn't approve our loan until 3 days before closing! At that point, we had given our landlord 30 days' notice 25 days ago and scheduled a moving company and vacation.

Overall, I got the service I needed but the communication with the day-to-day support staff was strained at times. Much of it had to do with my lack of knowledge. I often desired better descriptions and explanations of things within the process in order to make an informed decision and my designated contact struggled to explain.
